Signup Online

Signup Quickly and Easily Online – Get your parcel address setup quickly and easily online. Complete a short sign up form with some basic information (name, business name, address etc) and we will take care of everything and get your address ready to receive.

Fund Your Account

Pay As You Go Credit – We operate a simple pay as you go basis meaning you only pay when you actually use our service. You can add prepaid credit to your online account and/or save credit/debit card details to setup auto top up if needed. Tell me more

Step 3

Receive Your Confirmation Email

We’re Ready to Receive Your Parcels – Once we’ve processed your signup we will send you an email confirming your address is ready to receive parcels. This will include a unique reference number to eg 1234 to include on your parcel. This will be confirmed by email the very same business day. Tell me more

Step 4

Use Our Address

Start Using Your Address – You can start using your address the very same business day (when ordered before 2pm). Make purchases online as normal using our address as the delivery address. Tell me more

Step 5

Manage Your Returns Online

Manage Your Parcels Online – Once received your parcels will be recorded in our parcel management system, including size, weight, courier, tracking information and even photos. You will be notified via email. Simply log into your online account to manage your parcels. Tell me more

Fund Your Account

Fund Your Account

We operate a easy to use wallet system to manage your account. Simply add funds to your account using a credit/debit card. Applicable charges will automatically be deducted from your account.

During the short signup process, you will need to add funds to your account. You can add additional funds later if needed, or setup an automatic top up.

Receive Your Confirmation Email

Receive Your Confirmation Email

Once we’ve processed your order and setup your account, you will be notified via email. Once processed, we will send you an email to confirm everything is active and ready to be used. This email will include your new address.

Order before 2pm and we’ll ensure your service is setup and confirmed the very same business day.

Although we will try to process orders received after 2pm the same same business day, depending on the time of order this may not be possible and will be activated and confirmed the next business day.

Use Our Address

Use Our Address

Simply start using our address to receive your parcels. Remember to use the unique reference number provided in your confirmation email to form part of your account.

Once parcels are received, they will be recorded on our parcel management system and you will be notified via email.

Acorn Parcel Hub

You will have access to the Acorn Parcel Hub system to manage your parcels quickly and easily online. See exactly what has been delivered with pictures and details recorded on your account.

Each time a parcel is logged into your account, you will be notified via email. Simply log in to manage your parcels online.

Request forwarding, inspections to open and photograph the contents or disposal if not needed.
