Each time mail is received it will be forwarded onto an address of your choice, anywhere in the world.
Your mail your choice. During the short signup process you will be asked to provide instructions on how we should forward your mail what method we should use and how frequently you’d like it forwarding (this can be changed at any time) Mail forwarding charges depend on the size and weight of the items being sent and where they are being sent to, this is charged at cost plus just 10p. Forwarding charges are pre-paid by way of a mail deposit added to your account during signup.

Unlike other providers Acorn Business Solutions do not use box, suite or unit numbers on our Personal, Business or Corporate Services.

Can I receive parcels?
Yes. The Acorn Address Share with Mail Forwarding will allow you to receive a reasonable amount of parcels up to 10 kg in weight and measuring 61cm x 46cm x 46.

Can I use the address as my registered office?
In order to use our address as the registered office of your company with Companies House you must order a registered address service.
Can I use the address as my service address?
In order to use the address as your directors service address this will need to be added as a separate service to your account. Please see our Directors Service Address page
Is there a setup charge?
We have a special offer simply order online for free setup Normally £10.00. Due to the added administrative work involved there is a £10.00 setup charge for telephone setup.

Is there a minimum term contract?
The Mailbox Forwarding Service is available on 3 options. Monthly in which case the minimum term is just 1 month, 3 monthly in which case the minimum term is 3 months and annual in which case the minimum term is one year.
Your service will automatically renew on the renewal date shown in your welcome email. If at any time you wish to cancel simply send us an email giving at least 7 days prior notice.
